The return to France of F1 racing is due to begin at the Circuit Paul Ricard in the south of the country, ending France's ten-year absence from the list of international locations of Grand Prix racing.

The French Formula One Grand Prix will return in 2018 after a 10-year absence, with the race scheduled to take place at the Circuit Paul Ricard in southern France, said a local politician, Christian Estrosi, on Monday, reports The Guardian.
