French lawmakers approve Covid health pass until July 2022

French lawmakers on Friday approved the continued application of the country’s “health pass” - a digital certificate showing whether a person has been vaccinated against or tested negative against Covid-19 – as a requirement to enter certain public spaces until July 31, 2022., reports FRANCE 24.

The continued use of the health pass, which is currently required in places such as restaurants, bars and cinemas, was backed by 118 votes, and 89 against.
