Outrage forces French killer rocker Cantat to pull out of concerts


Bertrand Cantat, 54, who fronted rock band Noir Désir and who served four years in jail for beating actress Marie Trintignant to death in 2003, has announced he has cancelled his planned appearances at a series of music festivals this year after an online petition against his return to live performances attracted 75,000 signatures.
